Below, you'll find a simple form. You can enter as much or as little information as you want. You do not need to complete the entire form. By entering as little as one category, you can start viewing all the students who chose to have their name on the Internet. Remember, this is not a complete list of all Lone Star State Scholars - only those who chose to have their name included on our Internet site.

Say you want to enter to see yourself. You could enter your first name (and all those who have your first name would pop up). You could enter your last name or you could enter your school name. If you entered a lot of information, it probably means only your name will appear. Your lists can be as big or as small as you wish.

Why can't I find the student I'm looking for? There are a number of reasons.
  • Are you spelling everything correctly?
  • Secondly, teachers submit their nominations to us various ways. For instance, if you typed in "George Washington Elementary," you may not find your name because your teacher submitted your nomination under "Washington Elementary." Thus, it is important to try a broad search. Also, if you are entering a student's name, it must be spelled correctly. The search function will not pull up the names of students listed as "Mike" if they were submitted as "Michael." In this example, submit a first name search of "Mi" and you will see all Mike's, Michael's and anyone else with the first two letters of "Mi"
  • Remember, not all students and their parents chose to have their name listed on the Internet. Therefore, not all 2007 Lone Star State Scholars names appear. At this point, we cannot go back and change a person's preference.
